Knit 4 below: Insert needle in stitch in the 5th row down, drop stitch off needle and unravel 4 rows down, and knit, catching the 4 loose strands behind stitch.
With color A, cast on a multiple of 4 sts + 3.
Row 1 - wrong side: With color A, purl.
Row 2 - right side: With color A, knit.
Row 3: With color A, purl.
Row 4: With color A, knit.
Row 5: With color A, purl.
Row 6: With color B, knit 3, * knit 4 below, knit 3; rep from * to end
Row 7: With color B, purl.
Row 8: With color B, knit.
Row 9: With color B, purl.
Row 10: With color B, knit.
Row 11: With color B, purl.
Row 12: With color A, knit1, * knit 4 below, knit 3; rep from * to last 2 sts, knit 4 below, knit 1.
